I spotted this funny sight at my local CVS on 14th and G near Metro Center. I guess CVS thinks people might steal the $15 dollar Tide. I didn't see those tracker things on anything else in the store. I guess CVS doesn't want the homeless, crazy, or just down right hooligan teenagers (or anyone else who might steal) to have clean clothes or smell nice! Oh DC how you make me chuckle sometimes!
