Yep, I've done it. No, I'm not drinking the Kool-aid (I refuse to). I've finally joined Crossfit. My boyfriend does it 5 days a week and he's been trying to get me to do it since, oh, maybe last summer. I found a groupon for the intro classes for a RIDIC cheap price of $60 (usually its like $150 just to do the foundations). Foundations is where you learn all of the basic moves and pretty much how NOT to hurt yourself. Though I'll still end up hurting myself sometimes, such as my kettlebell snatches:
